been found. 54-year-old roy mccamey was arrested last night. you see his picture here. the heels of tuesday's police report. that an elderly man and a 13-year- old girl. were carjacked and kidnapped by a man with a knife outside an oakland safeway store. this is surveillance video of the safeway store. it turns out the 13-year-old was over 18. and everyone involved apparently knew each other. police are still searching for the woman this morning. in san jose today, the man sierra lamar is in court on new charges. antolin garcia-torres faces several counts from a grand jury. they include carjacking and kidnapping.

those charges are related to attacks on three women in two grocery store parking lots in morgan hill in 2009. sierra lamar disappeared on her way to school in 2012. she is presumed dead. but her body has never been found. contra costa county health officials report another flu -related death. this brings the total number of flu deaths in that county to six since december. this most recent victim was a man in his 50's. health officials continue to urge people to get a flu shot if they have not done so already. state health officials say, it seems the worst of the season may be over. but that flu is unpredictable. in the bay area right now. there have been at least 43- flu -related deaths reported. and if you want to get more info on the flu, including where to get flu shots, go to our website, kron-4-dot- com. there is a whole section dedicated to the flu.

a parole violation. it was taken into custody and later arrested. bart officials stated that they are conducting a review of the case and that this video was taken by a passenger and was given to an independent auditor. there are reports that this was an excessive use of force and bart officials said that that is also part of the investigation. >> line >> the man chosen to oversee the troubled oakland police department is now out of a job. a federal judge is removing thomas frazier from his post as compliance director.
